Machetes

When it comes to jungle survival, there isn’t anything that can compare to the durability and versatility of a trusty machete. You won’t find another tool or device that can work as fast or as efficiently in places others would normally stay out of such as in tropical and subtropical countries. In these places, the machete is the frequently used tool of choice to cut through tangled vines and forest underbrush. It is also a common sight to see machetes being used for agricultural purposes or household tasks such as cutting meat into bite-sized pieces or to perform cutting tasks such as woodwork or splitting up coconuts. It is also, more often than not, the weapon of choice for riots for it can be used just like a broadsword. The machete’s sturdy composition allows for some flexibility of the blades with very little fear of snapping them in two. There are many styles and types of machetes available here at DungeonKnight such as the popular Bowie machete,survival machetes, bolo machete, cold steel machetes and kukris, just to name a few. Any person who is often out in the field is highly advised to have one in their collection of tools. Just don’t let Jason Vorhees get his hands on one of these though.
