Dungeonknight.com is a subsidiary of AM Boutiques and Seo Boutiques. As a company we've been selling online for over 5 years and own multiple webshops. We're a real company run by real people, pretty impressive right? The best part about us is that unlike many other vendors, we actually care about our customers and will go the extra mile to help them in their quest for that perfect sword/replica.

A Note From The Owner:

This may sound cliche, but I've been an avid collector of all sorts of replicas in the past and really am trying to create the ultimate online marketplace for swords, replicas and other unique items. Shipping, Returns, Cancellations & Exchanges Policies:

How to determine shipping charges without going through complete checkout:

The easiest way to determine shipping costs to is to simply add an item, or items, to your shopping cart, click the "view cart" button, click the "Estimate shipping cost" button, fill in your shipping address, click "Estimate" and your shipping cost should show up on this billing page.

Shipping

All in stock items are normally shipped within 48 hours from the date of receipt of your order. Regular ground delivery takes 7 to 10 business days. For Gothic Jewelry items, please allow two weeks to process your order before shipment. Once your order has been shipped we will send you an email acknowledging shipment.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

It is you responsibility to IMMEDIATELY inspect your package once you receive it. Any defects or damages MUST be reported within 2 business days of delivery date. All notifications must be directed to sales@dungeonknight.com. It is important that our customers are satisfied with their purchases and will refund, or exchange an item for 30 days from the date purchase (less shipping charges). If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will set up a return for you and provide you with a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Please do return items, without contacting us for a Return Material Authorization. Please be aware that items returned without an RMA may be delay your refund or exchange. All items must be returned in the same unopened condition you received the item in. We cannot accept returns on opened or damaged items. If an item was damaged in shipping, please do not open package and contact the shipping carrier immediately and file a claim. We will assist you in any way we can for the claim.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Returns are at the expense of the buyer and must contain the packing slip or a copy of the packing slip. We cannot accept returns for: special orders, back order, sale and special items (engraving). Some swords maybe engraved, we cannot accept returns on sharpened or personalized items (i.e. engraved) that are not defective.  They may not be returned because of the customization that has been done to the product.  Be sure when you order! CALIFORNIA and KANSAS:
Imitation Firearms, regardless of date, may only be shipped:
1. In conjunction with a frame or presentation box; or
2. Solely for export in interstate or foreign commerce; or
3. Solely for lawful use in theatrical productions; or
4. For use in certified sporting events or competitions; or
5. For use in military or civil defense or ceremonial activities; or
6. For public display authorized by public or private schools:

CONNECTICUT, MASSACHUSETTS, WISCONSIN and MINNESOTA:
All replicas of antique firearms (pre-1898) are allowed. We will not ship replicas of
modern firearms (post-1898) to these states.

NEW YORK STATE AND PUERTO RICO:
Replicas of antique firearms (pre-1898) are allowed. We will only ship replicas of modern
firearms (post-1898) to theatrical, military, police or other government accounts with
valid proof of account identity. A copy of a valid purchase order will suffice.

CANADA:
Replicas of flintlock, percussion, and cap and ball weapons are the only imitation
firearms that can be shipped to Canada.

Black Powder Firearms:
1. Black Powder firearms can only be shipped to U.S. addresses.
2. Generally, Black Powder guns can be shipped to wholesale customers throughout the United States. Some states and local jurisdictions impose restrictions on some types of black powder firearms for retail purchase.
